The new hope had finally become possible as Independence Day had come. On July second with what started with the tea party independence was made than two days later the declaration of independence was adopted into the United States freeing America from British Monarchy. It was a rough time before and after, but to see ole glory still flying is a feeling like no other and the music even greater. Playing songs of old waiting for the fireworks while on the bar-be-que. Many homes celebrate differently in there life style as it makes our day brighter.
The British Monarchy-
It was a way everyone was use to in America. The world was turning and no taxation with out representation was a bit to far! At least in the minds of the people that planed the Boston Tea Party. In the end, give us are tea. Now we are all happy under a new form of government. The beauty from the Greeks of the idea that has became known to us as democracy.
Democracy-
Democracy is a form of government where a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives. The Greeks with there philosophy which was Demos Kratia or the people power rule. That is now known as democracy and is practiced in America on a everyday basis. While, the presidential election goes on in Our hearts as well as in our life. We get the beautiful opportunity to live a safer longer life.
The Music-
The music that has came to us from this has changed our lives. Lets try to find some patroitic songs to reflect on such as "Yankee Doodle." "Yankee Doodle" is an old melody of murky origins with many versions of humorous verses. During the French and Indian War of 1754-1763, the British sang one version to mock colonial Americans. While the Americans took ownership and turned the song into a one of the most ones of patriotic pride, especially during the Revolutionary War. That had lead us to Independence Day. With another song in mind and the lyrics below have a great day!
Your a Grand Old Flag Lyrics-
… There's a feeling comes a-stealing
And it sets my brain a-reeling
When I'm list'ning to the music of a military band
Any tune like "Yankee Doodle"
Simply sets me off my noodle
It's that patriotic something
That no one can understand
"Way down South in the land of cotton"
Melody untiring
Ain't that inspiring!
Hurrah! Hurrah! We'll join the jubilee
And that's going some
For the Yankees, by gum!
Red, white and blue
I am for you
Honest, you're a grand old flag
… You're a grand old flag
You're a high-flying flag
And forever in peace may you wave
You're the emblem of
The land I love
The home of the free and the brave
Ev'ry heart beats true
Under red, white and blue
Where there's never a boast or brag
But should old acquaintance be forgot
Keep your eye on the grand old flag
… I'm a cranky hanky panky
I'm a dead square honest Yankee
And I'm mighty proud of that old flag
That flies for Uncle Sam
Though I don't believe in raving
Ev'ry time I see it waving
There's a chill runs up my back
That makes me glad I'm what I am
Here's a land with a million soldiers
That's if we should need 'em
We'll fight for freedom!
Hurrah! Hurrah! For ev'ry Yankee tar
And old G.A.R.
Ev'ry stripe, ev'ry star
Red, white and blue
Hats off to you
Honest, you're a grand old flag
… You're a grand old flag
You're a high-flying flag
And forever in peace may you wave
You're the emblem of
The land I love
The home of the free and the brave
Ev'ry heart beats true
Under red, white and blue
Where there's never a boast or brag
But should old acquaintance be forgot
Keep your eye on the grand old flag
